Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using ReviewBoost AI ("we", "our", "us") at reviewboosted.in (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable Indian legislation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Indian law, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ReviewBoost AI provides a platform that helps Indian businesses collect Google reviews through:

• QR code generation for customer review collection
• AI-powered review text generation in multiple Indian and international languages
• Analytics and reporting on review performance
• Feedback routing to separate negative feedback from public reviews

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at reworksstudio1@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Each account is for a single user/entity. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Plans

We offer paid subscription plans (Starter, Business, Agency). Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly (as selected) via Razorpay.
• Payment methods accepted: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards.
• GST invoices are available on request — email us at reworksstudio1@gmail.com.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period.

4.3 Refund Policy

• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your first payment via email to reworksstudio1@gmail.com.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• No refunds are issued after the 7-day window or for renewal payments.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate fake or fraudulent reviews that misrepresent actual customer experiences.
• Post AI-generated reviews without the customer's knowledge or consent.
• Violate Google's review policies or any other platform's terms of service.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose under Indian law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or proprietary systems.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission (Agency plan holders have limited resale rights).
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm our systems or other users.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use automated bots or scripts to generate reviews at scale in violation of platform policies.

Important regarding Google Reviews: ReviewBoost AI generates review text that customers freely choose to post. Customers must post reviews voluntarily based on genuine experiences. We do not guarantee review counts and are not responsible for reviews removed by Google.

6. Intellectual Property

• The ReviewBoost AI platform, including software, branding, and AI models, is our exclusive property.
• You retain ownership of your business data (name, logo, etc.) you upload to the Service.
• AI-generated review text is provided for your use; we claim no copyright over customer reviews once posted.
• You grant us a limited license to use your business name and logo solely to operate the Service for you.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third parties including Google (for reviews), Razorpay (payments), Groq (AI), Cloudinary (image storage), and Neon/Vercel (infrastructure). We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of these third-party services.

Use of Google review links is subject to Google's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• AI-generated reviews will be grammatically perfect or meet your specific expectations.
• Google will not remove reviews posted through our Service.
• The Service will increase your Google rating by any specific amount.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ReviewBoost AI shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or goodwill.
• Any action taken by Google or other platforms regarding reviews.
• Data loss or security breaches caused by third parties despite reasonable safeguards.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
• Upon termination, your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy (30-day deletion window).
• Sections 6, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at reworksstudio1@gmail.com. Most disputes can be resolved informally within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
